Compatibility Problems

For hardware-oriented issues: pull the service back to supported on-premises hardware, migrate to supported hardware, investigate alternative virtualization, optimize hardware for the workload, or add load balancers / web application firewalls to support legacy applications.

One reason resources or services stop being available: deprecation. Cloud services evolve quickly, and providers compete to offer the most current, secure, and performant capabilities.

Outages happen at various levels — local infrastructure, your organization's data center, regional, or the provider itself. You need to determine scope first, then how to mitigate similar impact in the future.
